Add the Validation of sub-tasks to the desired workflow transition.

Filter by status

Select Closed and Done.

Additional options

Check the following options:

Allow unselected issue types

Checking this option allows you to skip the issue type filter.

Allow unselected resolutions

Checking this option allows you to skip sub-tasks with resolutions.
