Use case

Recruitment is often one of the most time- and cost-intensive activities within an organization. When recruitment processes are managed in Jira, the Filter Results Gadget enables HR managers to aggregate time spent and hiring cost data directly on a Jira dashboard.

Explanation of this use case

Each open position is tracked as a Jira issue in the HR project. The team uses:

• Time spent – Capturing interview coordination, screening, and evaluation effort

• Hiring Cost (€) – A custom number field covering recruiter fees, job board costs, and onboarding expenses
