Work Items Due This Week
Use case
Get a weekly overview of the upcoming work items due for each assignee.
Prerequisites
The filter for the project you would like to get an overview of has to be populated in advance.
Configuration
Work item source
For this project the Filter “My project” contains the entire project and was defined in advance.
Field to sum
To display the issues per assignee, select the field Work items.
X-axis grouping
To see how many work items are due each day, select Due Date.
Y-axis grouping
Select Assignee to ensure that each column shows a member of the team.
Time period
For an up-to-date overview, select Current week.
You can tweak the date options on top of the gadget at any time without breaking your configurations.
Time interval
To view each day separately, select Daily.
Additional options
Rows per page
If there are ten or fewer colleagues, the default option of 10 rows is sufficient.
Show work item links
To be able to directly see the issues for each assignee, check “Show work item link”.
