Project Work Item Overview
Use case
Display the number of work items within a project, grouped by Status and Work item type for better project tracking.
Prerequisites
The filter for the projects you want to analyze must be created in advance.
Configuration
Work item source
For this project the Filter “sumUp Cloud” contains the projects and was defined in advance.
Field to sum
To display the work items per project, select the field Work items.
X-axis grouping
To view work items by status, select Status field.
Y-axis grouping
Select Work item type to ensure that the columns are sorted by work item type.
Additional options
Rows per page
The default option of 10 rows is sufficient for most overviews.
Show work item links
To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links".
