Use case
Assess the risk and impact of project work items at a glance. This view categorizes tasks by risk level (High, Medium, Low) and impact (Extensive, Significant, Moderate, Minor).
Prerequisites
Risk level and Impact are custom select list fields that need to be created.
Configuration
Work item source
project = “sum”
The JQL query filters work items from the project "SUM".
Field to sum
To get an overview over all work items choose Work items.
X-axis grouping
To display the risk of each work item select Risk.
Y-axis grouping
To display the impact of the work item select Impact.
Additional options
Show work item links
To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links".
