Make a fix version required and add a comment

Use case

In the following use case the transition can only be executed, if a fix version is set and a comment has been added.

Add the validator to the desired transition or create a new transition.

Choose Fix version/s and select is required.

Choose Comments and select must be changed.

The following parameters are only available, if you are configuring this use case as a validator.

A fix version must be set and a comment must be added in order to proceed.
