Reorder the options of the following field types using drag and drop:

Checkboxes
-
Single select options
-
Multi-select options
-
Cascading select options
Custom fields options

Head over to the Jira administration → Issues → Custom fields.

Click on Advanced and choose the Custom field for which you would like to reorder options.

Click on the ellipsis ... → Configure → Edit options
To reorder the options, click on the dots to drag & drop.
You can use the Admin Toolbox filter feature to narrow down the list of Custom Fields to ones with sortable options.
