Admin Toolbox for Jira Cloud is designed to ease your daily Jira administration tasks, saving time and eliminating repetitive configuration work.
While the Data Center version of Admin Toolbox for Jira offers an extensive suite of embedded admin helpers, the Cloud version is built from the ground up for Jira Cloud. We are starting lean with our most-requested workflow capability and will continuously expand based on your feedback and technical feasibility.
Admin Toolbox for Jira Cloud is currently 100% free of charge.
Because Jira Cloud's interface and APIs differ fundamentally from Data Center, we are rebuilding admin capabilities one step at a time. Our goal with the initial release is to:

📍 How to access Admin Toolbox
Because Jira Cloud does not permit injecting elements directly into native Jira administration forms, Admin Toolbox features live in a dedicated, centralized app:

In Jira, navigate to ⚙️ Jira Settings → Marketplace Apps.

Select Admin Toolbox for Jira Cloud.

Choose the tool you want to use (Currently only: Copy workflow rules).
