Track Work Item Status by Project
Use case
Monitor the number of work items by project and status to track project progress and workload distribution.
Prerequisites
The filter for the projects you want to analyze must be created in advance.
Configuration
Work item source
For this project the Filter “sumUp Cloud” contains the projects and was defined in advance.
Field to sum
To display the work items per project, select the field Work item.
X-axis grouping
To view work items by status, select Status field.
Y-axis grouping
Select Project to ensure the columns show the different projects.
Additional options
Rows per page
The default option of 10 rows is sufficient for most overviews.
Show work item links
To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links".
