List the Number of Work Items by Status
Use Case
Display the number of work items grouped by their status to get an overview of the work item distribution.
Configuration
Work item source
To list work items from a specific project, use a custom JQL query:
CODE
project = "SUM"Field to sum
To see the total number of work items per status, select Work item.
Group by
Group the results by Status to ensure work items are organized by their current state.
Additional options
Rows per page
The default option of 10 rows is sufficient for most overviews.
Show work item links
To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links"
