Use case
Assess the risk and impact of project issues at a glance. This view categorizes tasks by risk level (High, Medium, Low) and impact (Extensive, Significant, Moderate, Minor).
Prerequisites
Probability of Occurence is a custom field low, medium, high.
Configuration
Work item source
CODE
project = “sum” The JQL query filters work items from the project "SUM".
Field to sum
To get an overview over all work items choose Work items.
X-axis grouping
To get an overview of how likely a work item has an influence take the cutom field Probability of Occurence.
Y-axis grouping
On the other hand, the number of affected customers is tracked with Impact.
Additional options
Show work item links
To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links".
