Assignee per Week

Use case

Monitor the workload of each team member on a weekly basis. This view displays the number of assigned tasks per assignee and time period.

Configuration

Work item source

CODE

project = “SUM” AND status != DONE

The JQL query filters work items from the project "SUM". By checking that the status is not DONE, the JQL includes all open work items in that project.

Field to sum

To display the workload per assignee, select the field Work item.

X-axis grouping

To group the work items per week together choose Due Date.

Time period

To get a full view choose Current year.

Time interval

Choose weekly.

Y-axis grouping

To display the workload per assignee, select Assignee.

Additional options

Show work item links

To allow direct access to work items, enable the option "Show work item links".
